On June 26, 2024 at 3 pm EST, The Mihalik Group will host a free webinar on “Health Equity Plus”, presented by Catherine Gitimu, MBA, MS, The Mihalik Group’s NCQA consultant.
During this session, Ms. Gitimu will discuss the High Level Overview of Health Equity Plus program and participants will have an opportunity to ask questions.
Ms. Gitimu is an administrative surveyor for NCQA and until recently was a Senior Manager of NCQA’s Accreditation Policy. She has extensive knowledge of NCQA Accreditation standards including standards for Health Plans, MBHOs, UM organizations, Case Management Organizations and CVOs and end-to-end survey process. Her areas of expertise include Health Equity and Health Equity Plus, quality management and improvement, credentialing, delegation, utilization management, physician and hospital quality and compliance with Accreditation standards.
