Keats, MD, MMM, Senior NCQA consultant. Dr. Matthew Keats has been an active NCQA surveyor since 1999 and is also a member of NCQA’s Review Oversight Committee (ROC) since 2006, the ROC group is entrusted by NCQA with the final decision on all accreditation and certification decisions. Dr. Keats is also a founding member of NCQA’s Patient Centered Medical Home Recognition Program Review Oversight Committee.
