Ms. Macdonald is a seasoned healthcare leader, brings extensive expertise in quality improvement, accreditation, and health equity. Since 2007, she has served as an NCQA administrative surveyor, evaluating compliance across health plans, managed behavioral health organizations, and various healthcare programs, including LTSS and health equity initiatives. She spearheaded efforts to earn NCQA Health Equity Accreditation for 24 Medicaid plans, including Health Equity Plus Accreditation, marking a first for a national insurance company.
