Dr. Koenig has been an active NCQA physician surveyor for the past 14 years and is a National Speaker for NCQA, where he educates nationally on the clinical standards.

- When NCQA is prescriptive, when it isn’t and how to tell the difference
- Using various NCQA resources to help interpret standards
