On May 22nd 2023, at 3pm EST, The Mihalik Group will host a free webinar on “Keys to a Successful Survey”, presented by Frank Stelling M.Ed., M.P.H. our Senior NCQA Consultant. Mr. Stelling was an Assistant Director of Policy at NCQA and his areas of expertise include quality improvement, credentialing, case management, disease management and all aspects of compliance with NCQA Accreditation and Certification Standards and Guidelines.
During this session, Mr. Stelling will discuss the basic steps in ensuring documentation meet the timely and content requirements. The presentation will also provide some of the barriers to a successful survey. Most of the material will apply to other programs that involve credentialing— HP, MBHO, CR Accreditation.
