Changes to NCQA Accreditation Standards for 2019 and 2020 Standards Years

On August 28, at Noon EST, The Mihalik Group conducted a webinar on “Q and A on Changes to NCQA Accreditation Standards for 2019 and 2020”, presented by Veronica Locke, BS, MHSA, TMG’s newest member of our NCQA consulting team.  Until recently Ms. Locke was a Senior Manager of Accreditation Policy for the NCQA, her areas of expertise include quality assessment and improvement; credentialing and privileging; delegation; disease management accreditation/certification; population health management; multicultural health care and compliance with accreditation standards, including standards for health plans, managed behavioral health care organizations and credentialing verification organizations.
