Dr. Matthew Keats has been a NCQA physician surveyor since 1999 and is also a long-standing member of NCQA’s Review Oversight Committee (ROC), the group entrusted by NCQA to make the final decision on all accreditation and certification decisions
During this session, Dr. Keats will provide tips on how to craft NCQA compliant written denial notifications as well as answer related questions you might have. He will also highlight aspects of UM denial file review that sometimes create problems The webinar is a great opportunity to gain information and ask questions as your organization prepares for its upcoming Accreditation survey.
