On March 29, at 3 PM EST, The Mihalik Group will host a free webinar on “Credentialing Standards”, presented by Frank Stelling M.Ed., M.P.H. our Senior NCQA Consultant. Mr. Stelling was an Assistant Director of Policy at NCQA and his areas of expertise include quality improvement, credentialing, case management, disease management and all aspects of compliance with NCQA Accreditation and Certification Standards and Guidelines.
During this session, Mr. Stelling will review the critical aspects of an organization’s credentialing policies, including credentialing criteria, verification sources and decision-making and also look at the requirements of the credentialing committee and expectations of the security systems activities. Most of the material will apply to other programs that involve credentialing— HP, MBHO, CR Accreditation.
