Ms. Monroe worked at NCQA for more than 18 years where she held multiple positions, she is currently an NCQA surveyor, and her areas of expertise include quality management and improvement, credentialing, delegation, utilization management and all aspects of compliance with NCQA Accreditation and Certification Standards and Guidelines.
During this session, Ms. Monroe will discuss data collection in relation to a number of the requirements in the Health Equity standards and guidelines. .
